Transport

General

Your order is insured when you pay by credit card. Your credit card organisation (Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard) insures all your purchases by credit card in case of loss or damage. Check these regulations with your card supplier. All packages that leave our distribution centre are double-checked for damage and content. If you don't pay by credit card, the packages are insured to a maximum of 50 Euro in case of a total loss, by the standard postal regulations.

There are some restrictions in the length and weight of what we can ship. Some large glassfiber parts we simply do not ship because of earlier experiences. We will contact you and inform about this if this is the case.

International delivery

We ship to any country in the world. Our prices are inclusive 19% VAT - which will be subtracted when delivering to any country outside the EU; in this case you normally have to pay local VAT when importing the parts, though this is different for each country.
Please provide us with instructions if you require us to print specific information for your customs.
For packing parts that require extra attention when packing (because of their size or breakability), we may charge 5 to 10 Euro. In extreme cases this amount may be higher; in either case we will of course contact you about this.

The shipping charge to France is 45 Euro, with the weight of the goods up until 31 kg.

Italy (DPD)
The shipping charge to Italy is 45 Euro, with the weight of the goods up until 31 kg.
